Cooking
The pumpkin and onion clean and chop it finely.
Fry in vegetable oil 4-5 minutes, then pour 0.5 cups of water, cover with a lid and leave to stew until soft on low heat (about an hour). When the pumpkin is cooked, add 1 tbsp butter .
While preparing the pumpkin, prepare the tomatoes. The idea of roasting tomatoes in foil shamelessly stale Luba (Cranberries sugar), for which many thanks to her! :) So, thoroughly wash the tomatoes, cut crosswise ...
... and brutally pour boiling water on Pomidorka ears.
After 3-4 minutes trying to get the tomatoes and rinsing it with cold water, remove the skins. Salt, pepper, sprinkle with herbs de Provence heads. Pressedevent to them 3-4 cloves of garlic and wrap in a double sheet of foil. Bake in the oven at a temperature of 180-190 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Until the vegetables reach the desired condition, let's do it. 1 egg + 1 tbsp olive oil + pinch of salt + 1 Cup flour = the dough for ravioli. Wrap in cling film, and refrigerate for 20-25 minutes.
Filling for ravioli: cheese RUB on a small grater, add finely chopped parsley, 2 egg yolks (proteins we need when modeling ravioli) and ground nutmeg.
Roll the dough thinly, cut into squares of 4x4 cm, in the middle of each square put the filling (about half teaspoon).
The edges around the perimeter lubricated with egg white.
Edges pressed. Mold-like dumplings.
Here such I got ravioli. Boil them in boiling salted water. As will emerge - ready.
Cooked vegetables (pumpkin and tomatoes baked with garlic) Porirua, add the broth, cream, paprika, salt to taste and bring to a boil. The soup is ready. Poured into plates, spread ravioli on top, decorate with greens. Bon appetit!
