Tart with honey and hazelnut
Very sweet, very honeyed, nutty and very fragrant. Definitely will appeal to fans of honey and hazelnuts.

Ingredients

  • Hazelnuts

    200 g

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Butter

    60 g

  • Milk

    50 ml

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Jam apricot

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Mix all ingredients for the dough. Quickly knead smooth, soft dough. Put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes. The form for baking a little cool.

To raskatat the dough and spread into a round detachable form ( f 26 cm ), making hand sides and prick the bottom with a fork.

Top cover with parchment paper and pour the beans. Bake in preheated oven to 200 g. 10 minutes. To remove the cargo with parchment and bake for another 5 minutes. Cake cool.

Combine the ingredients for the filling. Beat in a homogeneous mass.

On the cooled cake pour the hazelnut, dense layer.

Pour nuts egg honey ground.

Reduce oven temperature to 180gr. and bake the tart on the lower level for 20-25 minutes, until Golden brown. Then move to the upper level and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
