Cooking
Prepare the products. Cheese will seal our cake, tomatoes, garlic and parsley - will turn into a piquant sauce, while cooking.
Large three cheese, finely cut prunes, finely cut the garlic and parsley, cut tomato slices.

Gently roll in roll. Not an easy task, because the meat slides on the skin. The first time, my loaf turned out crooked. :)
The second time - more even, because put only the meat from the breast, not all the meat removed from the bones. Place in the bowl of a double boiler for 35 minutes. If cooking in the oven, you get a beautiful crust.
It is better to cut slightly cooled.
