Snack of fish and rice on a crispy puff pastry curls.

Ingredients

  • Crab sticks

    3 piece

  • Soy sauce

  • Fish fillets

    250 g

  • Green onions

    2 Tbsp

  • Figure

    2 Tbsp

  • Fat

    0.5 tsp

  • Carrots

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 tsp

Cooking

Puff pastry roll out and cut into stripes. Turn each strip as shown in photo.

Spread the curls on a baking tray and bake in the oven until cooked. Ready curls to cool.

Boiled fish fillet mash well and combine with Kikkoman soy sauce to taste. Add the green onions.

In a pot, put the goose fat and heat. Add chopped onion and grated carrot. Simmer for 2-3 minutes. Then pour the water. When the water boils, add the rice and cook until done (the consistency of risotto). Combine the cooled rice with the fish.

Swirls fill the resulting filling.

Crab sticks thawed and finely crumble. Sprinkle with the filling of crab sticks. Served to the table. Bon appetit!
