Roasted carrots with pineapple
A wonderful vegetable dish.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Pineapple

    3 slice

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 piece

  • Syrup pineapple

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Greens

Cooking

Peel the carrots and cut diagonally into slices thickness of 0.5, see Blanch the carrots for 3 minutes, then drain.

Finely chop the onion, garlic and herbs. Butter, vegetable oil preheat a frying pan with a thick bottom. Add the onion, garlic. Fry over medium heat for 5 minutes, gently podrumyaniv.

Put in a pan the carrots, reduce the heat and cook for 5 min stirring frequently. Add pineapple and syrup, and season with salt and pepper to taste, and continue cooking another 5-6 minutes until the carrots are covered with a soft crust.

Arrange on a plate and sprinkle with chopped greens.
