Plavcic with pomegranate
A friend shared the recipe, and I'm not shelving them, he made :) and was delighted!!! Try it :)!!!

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Khmeli-suneli

    1 Tbsp

  • Curry

    2 Tbsp

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken stomachs

  • Chicken breast

    1 piece

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Broth

  • Figure

    3 cup

  • Garnet

    1 piece

Cooking

Chop onions and put into oil, fry until soft

Coarsely chop carrots and add to the onions, fry for 10 minutes

Add suneli+curry and salt, mix well

Add cubes of chopped chicken

So do the ventricles

Mix well, cover and simmer for 15 minutes

Rice wash, half to put in the cauldron and flatten, sprinkle with salt and pomegranate and to reiterate: rice, salt, pomegranate

Add broth to cover all the pilaf, cover and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes
