Cake
The delicate, creamy cake will look great on a festive Christmas table and sure to appeal to kids.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Flour

    5 Tbsp

  • Starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Cream

    300 ml

  • Powdered sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Jelly

    4 piece

  • Syrup berry

  • Glaze

  • Topping pastry

Sponge cake: beat the whites with the sugar, add the eggs one by one beat. Flour and starch sift into the egg mixture and mix gently. Baking tray lay a baking paper and pour the batter, flatten. Bake in a preheated oven 200град. 10. Cool.

Three packs of jelly to dissolve and give a good freeze. One pack of jelly 125ml boiling water. Frozen jelly cut into cubes.

Whip cream with powdered sugar into a strong foam. One jelly pour 125ml of boiling water and cool. The cooled jelly pour into the whipped cream, beat again. The cubes colored jelly gently stir in the cream.

Name of the assistant and cut out biscuits with a glass circles. One cake need two circles.

Mug to soak strawberry syrup, spread on the bottom of the cups for one mug. I have no molds for cakes, so I adapted glasses.

On mugs to spread the cream and cover with the second circle. Put in refrigerator until solidification cream.

The cream has stiffened, gently hold the knife along the walls of the Cup and shakes out the pastry on a plate. Glaze dilute according to instructions and apply to top of cupcake. Issued with drops of white chocolate.
