Rice muffins with cream filling
Delicious muffins made from rice flour. Moist, fragrant, the inside filling of cream cheese and white chocolate. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • White chocolate

    60 g

  • Cream cheese

    60 g

  • Butter

    60 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Rice flour

    200 g

  • Leavening agent

    12 g

  • Nuts

    1 cup

  • Liqueur

    1 Tbsp

For a start the white chocolate to melt.

Add to it the cream cheese. It is desirable that the cream cheese was room temperature, otherwise there will be lumps, but we need a homogeneous mass, which is then put into the fridge.

Nuts grind in a blender into flour, you can use any, husked nuts.

Blend butter with sugar.

Add eggs, milk.

Then add the flour (a large Cup) with baking powder and a pinch of salt, I was right this meal.

Add the walnut flour and liqueur, stir until smooth.

In molds for muffins spread half of the dough, then slightly hardened creamy chocolate filling.

On top add some more test. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for about 20 min.
