Found this recipe in the book "dishes of Orthodox cuisine". Decided to try it-the results were amazing! Aroma of buckwheat honey is simply amazing!

Cooking
Sugar, butter, egg yolks, RUB until the sugar is dissolved.
Then add the honey, whipped cinnamon, sour cream, chopped nuts.
Fold in flour, add baking soda and stir.
Whisk whites and carefully enter them in the dough.
Spread the batter into the pan and put to bake for 1 hour at 180C.
Then cooled and decorate with icing sugar or in my case chocolate (chocolate tastes better...)
