Tartlets with chicken salad
Beautiful serving salad.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Chicken

    400 g

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Mayonnaise

    200 g

Cooking

Soften the butter (I had frozen and I just rubbed on a grater).

Add salt, sugar, egg yolks and milk. Grind everything into a smooth paste.

Add the flour and stir until crumbs first, then stretch the dough from them. Put the dough in the cold for 20-30 minutes.

Divide the dough into pieces and roll them out into circles to fit the size of the molds.

Place the dough into the tins and trim the edges.

Bake the cakes need in the oven at 180-220 degrees for 20 minutes until Golden brown.

Shred cooked chicken, add grated cheese, mayonnaise and chopped fresh herbs. Mix well.

With the prepared stuffing fill the tartlets. You can also additionally garnish with parsley or olives. Bon appetit!!!
