Warm salad with goat cheese and roasted beets
Traditionally this delicious and healthy salad delight French in autumn, when well ripen the roots. Besides beets you can add pumpkin, carrots, turnips, as well baked in the oven. Greens instead of celery to the salad add the spinach, green Basil, and parsley - then at the discretion of the hostess. The salad is served as warm or cold as a snack before the main course!

Ingredients

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Goat cheese

    50 g

  • Celery leaf

  • Salt

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Maple syrup

    1 tsp

  • Allspice

  • Basil

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

Beets clean, cut into slices (medium), put into foil, add cut slices of garlic, salt to taste, add a pinch of pepper, drizzle with oil; Toss the beets with the spices, seal the foil and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes;

The oil is well mixed with syrup and vinegar;

Put the beets and garlic on a plate, add the greens and slices of goat cheese; Pour dressing and sprinkle with Basil;
