Salad
The idea of this salad I have cherished for a long time and wanted to do it with Kikkoman sauce, but in my town the sauce is almost impossible to find, and how delighted I was to see him in Poland! Suggest you try my salad! Moreover, it is very simple.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Salmon

    200 g

  • Avocado

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Lime

    1 piece

The first thing to do is to marinate the salmon. If the experience or are unsure of the quality of the product, then marinate day. For salmon of good quality done in 15 minutes.

The marinade is prepared as follows: squeeze the juice of half a lime, add soy sauce (Kikkoman of course better)), olive oil. Pour the fish and leave to marinate in the refrigerator.

After 15 minutes, the fish get dry from the marinade and cut into cubes (leave some slices for decoration).

Now avocado. Clean it and remove the bone.

Cut the plates and then the plates to pieces. Add to the fish.

It is already the final part. Add cottage cheese without liquid, stir.

All. The salad is ready, but it is possible to refill it. To do this, mix the soy sauce and oil (I use linseed). Also, the salad you can add chopped parsley. I did differently. Put a layer of lettuce, then a layer of parsley and another layer of the salad.
