Cookie
Crisp biscuits with chocolate, coconut and waffles.

Ingredients

  • Margarine

    200 g

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Yolk egg

    4 piece

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Cocoa powder

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Milk

    8 Tbsp

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Waffles

    300 g

  • Coconut shavings

    200 g

Chop the flour with margarine, add the slaked soda, boiled egg (mashed with fork) and cream.

Knead the dough.

Divide the dough into small balls the size of a walnut. Bake in the oven for about 45-60 minutes, at a temperature of 180 degrees until Golden brown.

While the balls are baked, make icing. Mix sugar and cocoa, add milk and put on fire. When the sugar has dissolved, add the butter and bring to a boil.

Waffle grate on a grater, prepare coconut. As our balls will bake in a hot dip in glaze (cooled) and crumble the choice of either coconut or wafer crumbs. Leave some cookies and truffles to cool.
