Cooking

step-0
Make a cone out of foam and wrap with foil. I did the pyramid principle: cut rings of different diameter and connected them together.
step-1
Buy or bake some cakes. Need 500 g. In any case, here is a classic recipe: 1 Cup of flour, 5-6 eggs, 80 gr. butter, 1/2 Cup of water. In a small saucepan, pour water, put the butter, salt and bring to a boil. Add the flour and cook over medium heat 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly with a spatula. When the dough begins to move away from the sides of the pan and forms a lump of dough, the fire is off. Chill dough 30 to 40 degrees, thoroughly stirring, to enter the eggs one by one. Cake bake immediately after preparing, laying the dough with a spoon on a baking tray with baking paper (190-200 gr. 30-35 min). By the end of the baking the oven off and allow the products to cool slightly. Using a pastry syringe to fill cakes with whipped cream or cream.
step-2
In a water bath melt the white chocolate. Add the cream, mix well. Prepare toothpicks.
step-3
Put the cone cakes. For this first toothpick to stick into the cone bottom diameter, leaving equal intervals. Each kruglyashek to dip in chocolate mixture and spread on a toothpick.
step-4
Thus to make all the tiers.
step-5
Garnish with grapes, cherries and physalis, sticking toothpicks in the gaps between cakes. Tip: a toothpick is better to stick while the two sides to avoid deformations of the tree.
step-6
Pineapple cut star, to strengthen the tree. Orange cut into slices and spread at the base. Ready!
