I want to offer you the option of bread with filling. It turns out very tasty.

Cooking
First prepare the dough. I did it with HP. Leave the dough to approach directly to HP. The cooking process manually, as it were, is no different. Mix all ingredients for dough (no dough) and knead. The dough should be elastic. Flour may take a little longer than stated in the ingredients. The finished dough cover and leave to give it a go.
While the dough rises, prepare the filling. Peppers, olives and cheese chopped. Nuts chop or mash these in a little mortar, but not very finely. Well, sun-dried tomatoes we have.
Here is our ready and approached once the dough. Put it on the table, dusted with flour.
Roll out to rectangle shape, but not very subtly, to further not torn.
Spread throughout the dough our filling. Leave a little edge without filling (more collapse).
Spread on oiled baking sheet (you can lay a baking paper). Top with a sharp knife make cuts. Cover our loaf and give again to come (about 30-40 minutes).
Bake at t 180-200* until tender. Approximately 40-50 minutes (this time in different ovens will vary). The finished loaf to cool, slice and eat.
