Cheese corn tortilla
Crumbly, tender, insanely delicious pastries. Inspired by the fantasy of the cook, and decided to carve something of their own, it turned out just fine. ))) I understand that at first glance, nothing original in this cake is not, but worth a try, you will not regret. ))) Imagining it this morning, there was some depression, I wanted something warm and Sunny, and that I was born this piece.

Ingredients

  • Margarine

    50 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    0.75 cup

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

In a bowl, combine cheese, corn, semolina, salt, margarine, rust. the butter and sour cream. In the resulting mass enter the flour with the baking powder. Get a soft dough, slightly stick to hands.
