Pie is very tasty, nice filling, good casting, and awesome test! I think the recipe for this test can be applied in other pies!!! The recipe is from the magazine "Lisa. Bon appetit!" in 2003.

Cooking
Grate cheese on a grater. 75 g cheese, mix with 0.5 tsp salt, mustard, flour. Add margarine, 2 tbsp water. Knead the dough. Give a ball shape and put into the refrigerator.
Cut onion finely. Apples peel and grate on a coarse grater. The fat to melt in the pan (if you use oil to dissolve the oil), fry the chopped onions. Add apples and saute 5 minutes.
Form to lay a baking paper. Put the cheese dough. Bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
To make the sauce: mix the eggs, sour cream, dried herbs, salt and remaining cheese. The finished cake to spread the onion-Apple stuffing. Pour sour cream sauce. From the top you can sprinkle grated cheese (I sprinkled).
Bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Bon appetit!!!!
