In short I can say about this meat - SUPER!!! Tender, flavorful!!! Melts in your mouth!!! The first time I made beef and stunned after removing the samples!!! No more words...

Ingredients

  • Beef

    1 kg

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Dry red wine

    300 ml

  • Broth

    300 ml

  • Sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Spices

To prepare the meat.

To put it in the food bag, add 2 tbsp flour with spices and roll. Thinly slice the onion.

Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a large frying pan. Add the beef and sear on all sides. Transfer to a plate.

Chop the onion.

Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a saucepan, then add onion and fry until Golden brown. Add meat.

Pour in the stock and wine, bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Reduce the fire, cover tightly with a lid and simmer over low heat for 1, 5 hours until the meat is tender.

Add cranberry sauce and simmer for another 10-15 minutes.
