Meat salad with zucchini and sauce "Summer" - very easy to prepare, but quite tasty and original appetizer that is on the table long delayed.

Cooking
Boil pork in salted water. Add the broth, peppercorns and Bay leaf. Cooked meat is cooled and cut into small cubes.
My zucchini, peeled, remove seeds, cut into cubes (do not add salt!). Fry in minimum amount of oil to be cooled.
Prepare a dressing of fresh tomatoes and herbs. Cherry tomatoes wash and cut into slices. Garlic clean, wash and finely chop.
Place the tomatoes with the garlic in a bowl, add finely chopped greens.
Pour into a bowl with tomatoes, olive and Flaxseed oil, add soy sauce, to prisolit and pepper and mix gently.
On the dish lay out the pieces of meat and zucchini. Pour on top of tomato dressing. Decorate with slices of tomatoes and served to the table. Bon appetit! PS Linseed oil - oil with a slight bitterness, quite pleasant, and in combination with olive oil and soy sauce adds to the dish a mild and piquant flavour.
