Cooking
Chicken run in the boiling water and cook until tender. Then remove on a plate and allow it to cool down. Then free the chicken from skin and bones, disassemble into small pieces.
Onion cut into half rings and put in a deep bowl.
Carrots and cucumber RUB on a coarse grater. But it is better to use a grater for Korean carrot. Spread grated vegetables to the chopped onions and grind with hands until the juice.
Prepare the marinade. Ginger three on a grater, garlic skip through the press. Chili pepper finely chop (I didn't put it in at all). Put all in a bowl, add the lime juice, coriander, salt, vegetable oil, rice sauce, oyster sauce (if added), brown sugar, soy sauce and chicken broth.
All mix thoroughly until complete dissolution of salt and sugar.
To the bowl with vegetables, add in pieces of chicken. Pour the marinade and mix everything thoroughly. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and let marinate in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
After this time the food is ready. The chicken turns out delicious, juicy and spicy. As I wrote earlier, the sharpness can be adjusted to your liking. My home is a dish without rice is not present. Because the rice had to boil :-) it was very tasty! Bon appetit!
