Tiramisu Parmesan cheese and crab sticks
A great snack with cheese and crab taste. You can just eat and enjoy, and it is possible to smear on bread or crackers. Served a La carte and looks very original.

Ingredients

  • Mascarpone

    200 g

  • Parmesan

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Crab sticks

    100 g

  • Sundried tomatoes

    4 piece

  • Puree tomato

    190 g

  • Paprika sweet

    2 tsp

  • Pine nuts

    20 g

Cooking

Soak gelatine in cold water for 10 minutes.

Sun-dried tomatoes finely chop.

Mix in the tomato puree, add salt, pepper.

Mass bring to a boil, remove from heat, add the squeezed gelatine and mix well.

Mass pour into 8 glasses and place in the refrigerator to tomato puree hardened.

Crab sticks "A sea mio!" cut.

Spread on top of solidified tomato puree.

Separate eggs into whites and yolks. Stir the yolks with a fork, mix with them the mascarpone and grated Parmesan.

Separately, beat egg whites in a solid foam.

Distribute the mixture on top of crab sticks and put it in the refrigerator for 8-10 hours.
