Fruit pie
A very quick cake! Can be done with any fruit and berries, and, as with fresh or canned and frozen! I like making it with cherries, peaches and pineapple!

Ingredients

  • Apricot

    200 g

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

    75 g

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Powdered sugar

    50 g

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

You need to melt the butter in the microwave, dissolve the sugar in it. One trying to drive 2 eggs, only need to oil was not much hot so that the eggs don't cook! In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder and vanilla. In several approaches, add the flour to the butter mix.

Pour the finished batter into the pan, greased and floured (I have a glass, with a diameter of 26 cm).

Spread the peaches on the dough!

Make the sauce: sour cream, 1 egg yolk and icing sugar mix and pour pie! Put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20-25 min.
