Muffins
Delicious muffins to yogurt with walnuts and bananas. Content calories - 146, 8, and fat - 7 grams. Who is watching their weight knows that these muffins the figure can't hurt. :-) Source of recipe: the Capital's morning newspaper "Metro".

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    1 cup

  • Rice flour

    0.5 cup

  • Seeds

    3 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Soda

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Yogurt

    0.5 cup

  • Banana

    3 piece

  • The sugar syrup

    5 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

    3 Tbsp

  • Dark chocolate

Cooking

In a bowl mix the oatmeal and flour.

Add to the same flax seed, baking powder and soda. (I added a 1.5 tbsp flax seed 1.5 tbsp. sesame seeds.)

In another bowl, whisk the eggs, yogurt.

Add to Creamed mixture with a fork mashed bananas. Stir it carefully.

We get such a mixture.

To liquid mixture add the dry mixture from the first bowl(oat flakes, flour, flax seed, baking powder and soda). Stir it carefully.

Add to the dough with olive or linseed oil, syrup (chosen according to taste; I maple) and walnuts chopped. Stir it carefully.

It turns out that kind of dough.

Preheat the oven to 180*C. the Batter is poured into prepared molds (if you need to lubricate with oil and sprinkle with rice flour, if silicone form - moistened with water) to the brim. Despite the large number of leavening agents, the dough will not rise much. But muffins turn out fluffy and rychlinski. You can use paper baking molds. Top for beauty, you can sprinkle the dough with chocolate (a bit :-) ). Put in preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes until Golden, delicious crust.
