Salad with lentils, arugula and sauerkraut
Easy, simple and very healthy salad. Ideal for Lenten meals, and just for the people, adhere to the "healthy lifestyle".

Ingredients

  • Lentils

    20 g

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Cabbage

    50 g

  • Sauerkraut

    50 g

  • Red onion

    0.5 piece

  • Arugula

    30 g

  • Pumpkin

    50 g

  • Parsley

    1 piece

  • Sunflower oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Balsamic

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Allspice

Cooking

Boil the lentils until tender, according to package instructions.

Peel the carrots and cut into long strips as thin as possible.

Also finely slice the cabbage and parsley,

Onion – thin semicircles.

For the filling, mix sunflower oil Oleina

Balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
