Cooking
Here almost everything we need for cooking. To start fry the drumstick on a very hot vegetable oil.
Onions and garlic are cut and sent to the shins along with the Bay leaf. There also pour 100 ml Salt to taste, cover with a lid and on low heat simmer for 40-50 minutes.

Wash buckwheat and add to the sauce, add another 50 ml of water. Cook on low heat until full of cooking cereals.
