Description

Fish baked with olives and capers
Delicious, juicy, flavorful and very tender fish. Prepared quickly and without hassle. Recipe from Julia Vysotskaya.

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    4 piece

  • Green olives

    12 piece

  • Capers

    3 tsp

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Dry white wine

    150 ml

  • Olive oil

    10 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Pepper white

  • Dill

Cooking

To crumble finely the onion, add the halved olives, finely chopped garlic, capers.

Fish fillets sprinkle with seasoning for fish with two sides.

In heatproof dish and lay 2 fish fillets on top - okrashenii onion with olives, capers and garlic. If you only have two fillets, then in a bowl fit only 1, it is filling.

On top of the filling put the remaining fish fillets, salt and pepper, pour wine and olive oil. I used less oil than stated in the recipe. Cover and leave to marinate for 5-10 minutes, then preheat the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
