Mussels Japanese style
Rarely, people remain indifferent to the marine life. Tender mussels with rice in tomato sauce – a great option not heavy and delicious dinner.

Ingredients

  • Mussels

    400 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Figure

    1 cup

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Paprika sweet

    0.5 tsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Water

    1.5 cup

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Greens

Cut onion finely and fry a little in butter. Add the mussels, season with salt and pepper and lightly fry, remove from heat, add lemon juice and stir.

Tomato to slice. Garlic squeeze through the press, put on a heated pan with vegetable oil, after half a minute add the tomatoes and fry a little.

In a bowl, where they will be preparing rice with mussels, put about 1 tbsp of vegetable oil and tomato paste, bring to hot, add the rice and slightly fry the rice until translucent state. Pour water, a little prisolit, cover and boil for 5-10 minutes.

Add the red pepper, paprika, spread roasted mussels, tomatoes, mix everything, cover and bring to the rice is tender (about 15 minutes).
