Our ingredients (forgot about the jelly cakes).
Sour cream, yogurt and powdered sugar beat with a mixer until receiving air homogeneous mass.
Strawberries somewhere 300 grams grind into a puree
add in the sour cream yogurty mixture, and beat well again.
Gelatin dissolve in 100 g of hot water and pour through a sieve in our body.
The resulting mass pour in a detachable form. Cookies crumbled by hand into three parts (you can cut of course) and to mix with our cream. ALL! Put in refrigerator for freezing.
Get our frozen masterpiece and decorate with the remaining strawberry slice her in half and laying on top between the cookies. Jelly cake is cooked according to instructions and pour on top of our dessert.
