Chocolate cake with liquid filling
Moelleux au chocolat / Chocolate cake with liquid filling. For all chocoholics like me. Very chocolate, very tasty and tender.

Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate

    250 g

  • Butter

    120 g

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Flour

    80 g

  • Nuts

    80 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Cocoa powder

    1 tsp

Cooking

In a water bath melt the chocolate and butter, remove from heat.

Beat the yolks with sugar. To combine the yolks with flour, walnut powder and cocoa.

Gently stir melted chocolate and whipped egg whites.

Molds (I used silicone muffin cups) fill with mixture and bake for 15 minutes at a temperature of 180°C.

Here are ready to go cakes.
