Green salad with carrots and cheese
Easy to prepare salad with bright flavor.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Lettuce

    125 g

  • Cheese

    75 g

  • Parsley

  • Zira

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

Peel the carrot and grate on the Korean grater, or thinly slice. (I cut the carrots lengthwise into 5-6 plates, not dorezaya to the end, and then with a peeler, make thin ribbons). To get cheese from brine and cut into cubes. Parsley wash and chop.

Beat the butter with the lemon juice, vinegar, salt, pepper and ground cumin before reception emulsii.

Salad wash and dry. I usually take the lettuce, corn salad and arugula. Put in a bowl and mix with carrots and cheese cubes.

Add the sauce and stir. Sprinkle with parsley and cumin seeds, and serve immediately.
