Rustic bread with dill and onions
Never ceases to amaze me how fragrant can be home-made bread! Close your eyes, and you seem to be in the village or in the country, where everything seems to taste better )))

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Water

    0.75 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    4 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Dill

    1.5 tsp

  • Onion

    2 tsp

  • Yeast

    1.5 tsp

Load all the ingredients into the baking pan. In my Mulinex this sequence: water, egg, oil, sugar, salt.

Top sieve the flour, pour yeast, dill and onion.

The "native" mode, weight 500 g. be Sure to follow the gingerbread man, because eggs are different. If the egg is big as I got, the dough will be watery, and will need to add a little flour.

Bread turns out very flavorful, texture - residuance. Slightly sweet (probably the yeast does not eat all the sugar in this bread), but for my taste it goes well with the taste of onion in the bread. But if someone does not want this easy slastenko, you can add 1 tsp of sugar less.
