Mushroom casserole
Delicious mushroom zapekanka-rescued chka, perfect for the holiday table.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    600 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Cream

    250 g

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Greens

The mushrooms and onions chop and fry gently in butter for 10 minutes, add the cream, salt, spices, fry for another 5 minutes.

Mix the eggs with the flour + baking powder, cheese.

Add the cooled mushrooms and herbs, put the prepared mixture into a greased form with a diameter of 24. Bake at 180C until tender.

To turn on the oven, a casserole, sprinkle with cheese, give the cheese to melt.
