A cupcake for the cherry juice
I suggest to try a cupcake for the cherry juice, which can be baked during lent. The cake turns out slightly damp.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Sugar

    1.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    0.75 cup

  • Raisins

    0.5 cup

  • Peanuts

    0.5 cup

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Juice berry

    2 cup

  • Powdered sugar

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Flour mixed with sugar.

Vegetable oil mix with the juice.

To extinguish soda with lemon juice. Connect the flour with the oil and juice, add the slaked soda. Stir well, then add the raisins.

Peanuts grind in a coffee grinder and add to the dough.

If necessary, the form of grease and sprinkle with flour. Pour into it the dough.

Bake at about 190 gr. approximately 60 minutes, but better to be guided by your oven.
