Description
Tanami called in France vertical casseroles. Often they make mixed vegetable, in my case, it was potatoes, but that was not really boring - arch pickles. Help yourself.

Cooking
To turn on the oven to warm up. Select large, oval potatoes. Peel, cut into slices, easier to use a grater. Rinse, dry.
