Cooking
Combine eggs, cheese, butter, sugar, lemon zest, vanilla sugar.
All right, beat with a blender. Should turn out homogeneous creamy mass.
Put the mix in the form oiled, from above you can pour a little sour cream ( but it's optional).
Bake at 170 degrees for 50 minutes. The casserole rises twice so the form needs to choose deeper or higher. Serve the pudding chilled.
