Lean yeast free bagels
Great pastries for the post! A simple crust, tasty toppings, and no yeast. The bagels are baked quickly, and filling, you can put any - apricots, jam, nuts. Fasting for health!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    230 g

  • Water

    50 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    40 ml

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Raisins

    60 g

  • Spices

    1 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Sift flour with baking powder, add salt and sugar.

Pour the water and vegetable oil, knead the dough for 5 minutes. Cover the dough with a cloth or towel and leave at room temperature for 30 minutes.

Divide the dough into two equal parts, roll out to a thickness of 3-5 mm.

Cut the dough into 8-10 sectors.

On the wide part of the triangles spread the raisins, sprinkle with spices and roll into bagels.

Cover a baking sheet with baking paper and spread the Crescent rolls. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 180 degrees.
