Meatloaf with smoked sausage
My family loves meatloaf. And in this version I am satisfied that it is possible to prepare everything in advance, and then call the child travels from school just to turn on the oven.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Baton

  • Sauce-marinade

  • Sauerkraut

This is the basic set of products.

To mince the onion finely cut and fry in vegetable oil. 2 slices white bread soaked in milk. Combine all ingredients with minced meat, pepper and season with 2 tbsp. sauce-marinade "Teriyaki" from TM "Kikkoman".

Sauerkraut slightly put out. Smoked pork sausages pan-fried.

You can begin to assemble the loaf. On the foil place a layer of ground meat on a layer of cabbage in the center lay the sausages. Form into a roll.

Wrap in foil and bake in the oven. Then remove the foil and allow the loaf to brown. My whole process took about 40 minutes.
