Cream of baked apples with cinnamon
My daughter found a stunning recipe to make your Breakfast even better. Easy Apple cream that can be added to oatmeal, natural yogurt, spread on toast or a slice of toasted Apple... the mass of options. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Apple

    4 piece

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 Tbsp

  • Cardamom

    2 pinch

  • Mascarpone

    100 g

Cooking

Take 4 apples, sweet and aromatic. Cut out the core.

Pour into the bottom of a bit of types and each hole in the Apple. Bake about 30-45 minutes ( I baked at 180 degrees, the top heat mode "the Blowout/the Convention").

Remove the apples. Cool slightly. Separate the pulp from the rind and place in blender. Add cinnamon, honey and cardamom. All whisk.

You get a very delicious Apple mass.

Add the mascarpone. Again all whisk. Cover with film and leave in the fridge until cool.

The cream has cooled and is ready! Can be spread on toast, pour the honey, add to yogurt, oatmeal, add to the cream granola... lots of options! Delicious and healthy!
