For variety, vegetable salad serves to prepare fried green beans with the vegetables and add soy sauce which gives the dish a lot of flavor. This dish is easy to make and requires not much time. Help yourself.

  • Sweet pepper

  • Onion

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Lemon peel

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

To prepare the necessary ingredients. Beans to defrost. If you are using fresh beans, it is necessary to pre-boil for 5 minutes.

Onion peeled, cut into small cubes.

Pepper wash, remove seeds. Cut into thin strips or small cubes, as you like.

In skillet, heat vegetable oil, add the peeled and chopped garlic, fry for 1-2 minutes. Once the garlic will give the oil its aromas, to remove. Then add onions and fry for 5 minutes until soft.

To the onions add the beans and bell pepper. Cook, stirring, for 5-7 minutes until tender.

At the end of cooking add soy sauce, fresh lemon zest. And pepper to taste. If necessary add salt, but be very careful, as soy sauce is quite salty. Fry for a couple more minutes and turn off heat. Our flavorful dish is ready!
