Salad with Jerusalem artichoke and celery
This salad I usually make in the spring when the body lacks vitamins.

Ingredients

  • Celery root

    1 piece

  • Jerusalem artichoke

    1 piece

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Pear

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

    2 Tbsp

  • Basil

    1 coup

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Salt

Everything a good wash. With celery and Jerusalem artichoke peel. Pour into the bowl water. Squeeze out the juice of half a lemon. All cutting thin strips at a time. Put it in the water for a few minutes, below is not dark.
