In the spring the feast of the Passover, it is customary to bring to the table than just pies and cakes. After Great lent are allowed to eat meat. But in order not to harm your stomach after a seven-week post, I decided to make a salad with not just a delicious meat, cold smoked ham, and most importantly, greens. The other components are good too every man for himself. And when are we going to get in one company, no one can remain indifferent - will long remember this delicious festive salad.

To prepare this salad you need to slice a small zucchini ribbons with a vegetable peeler.
Remove from refrigerator here's a nice Hamon.
In a skillet, heat olive oil and fry the 2 chopped cloves of garlic. Then remove the garlic in the same oil fry the zucchini for 2 minutes so they become soft, add salt to taste. Then a few seconds to hold in a hot pan the ham.

Salad clean, wash and dry.
Halve the avocado, remove the stone and clean it.
Shall cut cubes or slices and sprinkle with lemon juice, so it is not dark.
Cherry tomatoes wash and cut in half.
Mix everything in a bowl, drizzle with balsamic vinegar, add to taste the mixture of peppers and top slicing slicer cheese Parmigiano.
