Cottage cheese-chocolate cake
This is a cake for lovers of cheese and chocolate. Very tasty. No one is indifferent.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Sugar

    120 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Cheese

    600 g

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Sour cream

    60 g

  • Yolk egg

    3 piece

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Potato starch

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Egg white

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    70 g

Cooking

Melt butter, add egg, sugar, baking powder mix well. Sift the flour, knead not tight dough. Flour can go more adjust yourself. It all depends on humidity.

If You have a soft cheese, then sour cream you can not add. If plain cottage cheese, add sour cream, egg yolks, sugar and run the blender. Then add vanilla, starch and mix.

Spread the dough on the form. Making as it were the bumpers.

On the dough put the cheese and put in preheated oven, bake at 170 gr. 35 minutes.

Whip the whites to foam, still whisking gradually add sugar. Beat until peaks. After 35 minutes, remove cake from oven and top spread the beaten egg whites.
