Piquant salad
For this salad I didn't buy anything specially. I just wanted something new and I think here is such a juicy and colorful salad, were home products. Us salad came to taste, so I'm going to do it yet, at the same time and decided to share with you the recipe)). The salad comes out light and hearty due to the chicken. Will appeal to those who like fresh salads without mayonnaise)).

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

  • Tofu

  • Sundried tomatoes

For the marinade for cheese tofu: mix 2 tablespoons soy sauce and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, I added a teaspoon of dried Basil. The cheese cut into cubes and leave in the marinade for at least an hour.

Also pickle red onion in 2 tablespoons of lemon juice diluted a small quantity of water, adding 1 tsp sugar.

Now about the gas station. At home I had red Pesto sauce, which I love, but the salads they never ran. Although once in Kiev tried the salad with green Pesto and I really liked this idea for the filling, so I decided to fill this salad with a red Pesto. He is very, very cheesy and gives the salad a piquancy. I mixed 2 tablespoons of Pesto with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice (amount of juice can be adjusted according to taste, I like with pronounced acidity). If you do not want to fill with Pesto sauce, just lemon juice + olive oil is also very tasty)).
