Pate of Turkey hearts
Wonderful pate of hearts that we were eating at home and in the Midsummer night around the campfire.

Ingredients

  • Giblets

    350 g

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Spices

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    80 g

  • Greens

    8 g

Cooking

Cook the hearts in salted water with the addition of black pepper and Bay leaf.

Together with hearts cooked with carrots and onions.

Hearts, carrots and onion and put in blender. Added butter, olive and eggs.

Added soy sauce, Basil, and again plumped a lot.
