Baked cottage cheese pudding with cherry and pineapple
Casserole turns slightly sour, and the flavor and sweetness of the pineapple will not leave anyone indifferent.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Semolina

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Wheat flakes

    2 Tbsp

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Cherry

    2 Tbsp

  • Pineapple

    130 g

  • Potato starch

    2 tsp

  • Turmeric

    0.25 tsp

Cooking

Cheese mash with a fork, add to it the semolina, sugar, salt, egg, mix well. Millet flakes pour hot milk, cover with a saucer and leave for 3 minutes.

Put the cherries in a strainer to drain liquid.

To the curd add turmeric and swollen cereals. Mix well.

Each cherry cut in half and sprinkle with 1 tsp. starch, add to curd, mix gently.

Split form d-18, lay parchment and grease it with 1 tsp of vegetable oil, put the cheese mass. Bake in preheated to 180 degrees oven for 30-40 minutes.

For the filling: pineapple folded into the bucket, add 1 tsp sugar, 25 ml of water and 1 teaspoon of starch. Cook until thick.
