Cottage cheese and pumpkin casserole with strategem
Today I have a delicate pumpkin cheese pie with orange juice and top with a crunchy crumb of oatmeal and walnuts.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    500 g

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Brown sugar

    6 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Orange zest

  • Orange juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Oat flakes

    3 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

    30 g

  • Butter

    15 g

Cheese, sugar, pumpkin pulp and orange zest to carefully punch a blender until smooth, add eggs, starch, orange juice and whisk to thoroughly mix the mass. Add sugar to taste.

For the crumb flakes grind but not flour, nuts chopped. Sugar one tablespoon finely crushed cereal, chopped nuts and butter at room temperature to grind into crumbs.

Shape ceramic grease lightly with butter. put them in curd-pumpkin mass. Forms used in the amount of 2pcs. 200 ml, and 4 pieces of 150 ml.
