Pie
Tender cake with pumpkin juice, dry vermouth (for flavor) and chernoslivovymi mashed potatoes... with bright splashes of chocolate, ripe fragrant bananas into a delicious coffee-chocolate glaze. Decorated with slices of lemon and berries pomegranate, very easy to prepare and incredibly tasty pie.

  • Margarine

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Puree berry

    50 g

  • Juice

    0.5 piece

  • Dry milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 Tbsp

  • Banana

    2 piece

  • Candy

    6 piece

  • Cookies

    100 g

  • Milk

    2.5 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    100 g

  • Coffee natural

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Lemon

  • Garnet

Beat with a mixer the margarine (room temperature), eggs, sugar and chernoslivovymi puree.

Add pumpkin juice, flour, dry milk, baking powder and knead a uniform delicate creamy dough.

The form should cover paper for baking, thoroughly grease the sides and bottom of the form with butter, sprinkle crushed biscuits. Lay out a layer of fragrant banana, cut into large pieces.

Pour 2/3 of the dough and spread the candy, carefully drown them.

Pour the remaining batter.

Bake until done in a preheated 200C oven (about an hour), the readiness check with a wooden skewer.

Prepare the icing: for this mix coffee, cocoa, sugar and milk in a heatproof bowl, put it on a small fire and, stirring constantly, cook until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Remove the glaze from the heat and when it cools, add the butter, stir thoroughly. THE GLAZE IS READY :)

Pour cake icing, decorate to your taste (I took the slices of lemon and berries, pomegranate).
