It's hard to say that this dish tastes better: chicken pieces, vegetables or vegetable, in any case, the dish is very tasty. The original recipe is called "Chicken.. .", but I decided to expand "the boundaries&am p;quot;. I recommend to prepare.

Ingredients

  • Chicken thigh

Cut chicken thighs into two pieces (to cook fillets or a whole chicken-chicken, you can see the approximate size pieces), salt and pepper. Onion cut a quarter-rings, tomatoes slices, pepper strips parsley - finely.

Fry the chicken pieces in a mixture of olive and butter.

Removed the chicken from the pan and fry the onion until soft.
