Bread pudding with blueberries
If the house remains dried up pieces of bread, you can cook juicy, crispy casserole.

Ingredients

  • Brown sugar

  • Yogurt

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Cream cheese

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Bread

    7 slice

  • Blueberries

    2 cup

  • Ice cream

  • Butter

Stale white bread cut into small pieces

Beat eggs with a mixer with brown sugar TM Mistral until fluffy foam, gradually add the milk, yogurt, cream cheese, constantly whisking.

Lush is obtained homogeneous mixture

Add to the mix a bread slicing and blueberries, mix gently

Form grease with oil, put into it the mixture with the blueberries, cover the form with cling film and put into the fridge for an hour. Can be removed at night.

Bake in a well preheated oven at 170* for 50-60 min.

Crispy bread pieces on the outside and juicy on the inside. Serve with ice cream.
