Description
A very simple recipe of cooking chicken fillet in the microwave allows you to cook easy and tasty dish. In summer, the hot season (when we don't even want to step up to the plate, not what to cook) microwave allows you to prepare dinner. The meat turns out juicy and tender.

Cooking
Prepare basic foods. Finely chop onion, carrot grate. Fillet to wash out.
Chicken chop so that the pieces were thinner. If the pieces get big, then lightly beat. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle your favorite spices.
Grease the bottom and sides of the cookware for the microwave with vegetable oil and put the fillet.
On top of the fillets lay an even layer of onions and carrots. On top of the vegetables spread with mayonnaise. Cover with a lid and send in the microwave for 10 minutes on full power (mine is 1000 watts).
Meanwhile, grate the cheese.
Then (after 10 minutes) sprinkle the dish with grated cheese and cook without lid for 5 minutes at the same power until fully cooked.
After microwave off - to give the dish within a few minutes in the oven, and then serve with any side dish (I had lentils cooked in slow cooker) or without it. Bon appetit!
